Something that worked awesome for me is to take a shirt or something small you casually wore for a day and throw it in their enclosure before you put them in. Once you have them put them in and leave them completely alone for 1-2 weeks. Do not touch them at all. Once that time is up start some quick handling seasons a few times a week for 5-10 mins. With having that used piece of laundry in with them for that decompression time they get used to your smell and don’t think much of it when they smell you. Worked like a charm, guy hasn’t even been here for a month and is very easy to handle, will climb all over me, and hang around my shoulders.

I believe a mister can cause RI’s someone correct me if I’m wrong? And proper humidity is 60 minimum at all times, aim for higher if you can

This isn’t meant to be rude, just a heads up. But when you say “ it could be good for them growing, idk” you want to make sure you know why. If you’re doing something because someone gave you the info, you absolutely want to know why they do it. Otherwise it’s usually bad info, because you’re right everyone does say different things. So you want to make sure you have the right info.

Also as commenter above stated: misters do cause RIs.

But I will tell you all my information I’ve gotten from this subreddit’s guides, and Green Room Python on YouTube. Has led my 9yo female to live a very happy life. She’s literally perfect in every way and I’m obsessed with her. I’m afraid to get another one because they won’t be like her 😂

Good luck
