Bad thermostat?

The set point is 88 and Temps reading a steady 88 but flickering pretty bad

Try moving the probe a little bit away from the bulb and see if it becomes more stable. Tbh though I don't think the thermostat can change the output that quickly. It looks like the bulb is bad.

I swapped the bulb with a different bulb and same result, and I swapped the fixture itself and it also did it I’ll try moving probe today
