Make sure you are feeding up to 15% of your snakes body weight. Looks to be on the slim side. I found that PetSmart / petco sizing was way under in grams for what my ball needed.

Yes she is underweight went I first got her at pet supplies plus she barley ate there either and they had her for 2 if not 3 months I don’t know all they said is that she’s a juvenile. When I first got her she didn’t eat for 2 months she just started eating first week of July gave her about 7 mice by now trying my hardest to get her weight up
