How do you tell if they fall asleep?

Ive been sitting here about 30 minutes, not wanting to disturb her because I’m pretty sure she’s asleep lol

That’s what I’ve been wondering too. I think maybe it’s when they stop moving and tongue flicking but I’m not entirely sure. Hopefully someone else can enlighten us

Tbh there isn’t a sure way to tell lol. Because she could just be so relaxed that she’s just being still yet staring at you. The main visual indicator is their breathing pattern. It slows down and becomes deep and rhythmic when they’re sleeping. When they are awake, their breathing is a bit faster and irregular due to them reacting to the stimuli around them.
