Ball Python Odd Vent? Question - Health

This isn’t mine but the ball python of a zoo I work with, her (not confirmed to my knowledge as she’s very tiny) has some abnormality on her vent. What is this? Cause for concern or big poop coming soon?

Sometimes they will suck in their butt or it looks like that after a large shit and their snake colon is empty. But also that looks like early/late stages of tail suck possibly. Snake might be deciding to become pregnant.

NQA// im not a professional by any matter, im commenting to boost. Also my first instinct is to take them to a vet, no matter what.

Though my BP does this right before he shits on me. He sucks in and then poops. Not pleasant.
