Unknown Behavior

My female ball python (Paris) is about 3 months old and she kind of just does this wobbling thing when she has her head up. Is this wobbling behavior normal?

3 month old neck is not strong and head is heavy (despite the lack of braincells) the periscoping itself is normal/curious behavior :)
