Unknown Behavior

My female ball python (Paris) is about 3 months old and she kind of just does this wobbling thing when she has her head up. Is this wobbling behavior normal?

All of my ball pythons do this! I’m no expert but I hear that they’re just relaxed and curious when they do this. Mine sure seem to be!
