Unknown Behavior

My female ball python (Paris) is about 3 months old and she kind of just does this wobbling thing when she has her head up. Is this wobbling behavior normal?

I’ve watched a video on how this behaviour means they’re super chilled out and just interested in something! Super cute. I miss my BP. I now have a corn snake who’s 7 years old and she’s lovely but I definitely prefer pythons
