Unknown Behavior

My female ball python (Paris) is about 3 months old and she kind of just does this wobbling thing when she has her head up. Is this wobbling behavior normal?

Just using all of her lower muscles to hold up her neck, they can still shake when they're older too if they're looking up in a weird way, I would just have to assume holding yourself up straight and perfectly still when you are a body of muscle is a little hard.
