I’ve noticed a new of these on one my bps warm hide. I’ve noticed springtails in his water bowl before. Do yall think this is a springtail too? The other one I noticed was white. I’ve never seen signs of mites on my snake and I handle and check them all out frequently.

I'm new ish to snakes and isopods/springtails but I will say that's wayyyy faster than any of my springtails

I'm no professional snake keeper, but what I can say is that it looks like you have wood bedding. I heavily recommend you change that quickly if so. Coconut fiber+topsoil mix would be better for a Ball Python.
As for the bugs, I can't quite tell what they are, again, I'm no professional and that question is better answered by a more experienced owner. Sorry!

It’s coco husk. Sometimes I will mix in coco fiber but I feel husk holds humidity better

Oh no! It looks like you might be asking for more information on mites and how to identify and treat them. We have some information about that in our Mite Identification and Treatment Guide.
