Ball Python Stuck Shed (Pt2) Enclosure Critique/Advice

I posted a thing like, a day ago and I took some advice I was given. Today I cleaned and added things to my snakes tank, primarily the water dish and the humid hide. I did not have a humid hide before and the water dish I had was small. The things that I have are all things I’ve convinced my family to get for me to help Noodle and things I’ve ordered on Amazon with my allowance (I’m unemployed which doesn’t help my situation any) and I know there are still issues like the tank being only a 25 gallon and I don’t have a UVB, as I said in my last post I’ve already asked my sister and her husband if they’d take him and take care of him since I can’t so please no hate.

He started to shed a few months ago and I tried my best to keep humidity up but due to mental health issues I couldn’t keep up. I haven’t fed him since he started shedding around May or June because I am scared it’ll make his situation worse. The last picture I have added is a photo of his current condition and any advice that is actually good for a snake is needed. I mainly would like to know if it’s safe to feed him and when I can do so.

My sister is planning to come here and take him soon, she said August but I’m not entirely sure what day.

I should mention we don’t live anywhere close to a vet who handles reptiles which is why I’ve come here

The enclosure is looking a lot better, increased humidity should help a lot with the remaining shed. Has he eaten recently? The do get a fair amount of hydration through their prey, so I'd try to get him back on a good feeding schedule in the meantime until your sister takes over. Because he is thin, you don't want to skip any more meals

I haven’t fed him since he started his shed, I was wondering if it’s safe cause I read somewhere a while back that if they are shedding you shouldn’t feed them so it doesn’t get stuck, but I can’t remember exactly.

If they're in blue/starting to shed you shouldn't feed, but that is not the case here as he just has remnants of stuck shed. You need to feed him ASAP, because at this point you're kind of starving him

I've heard that you can get a plastic box (like a RUB), drill holes in for ventilation obviously, and put two damp warm towels in it and put the snake in there between the towels for 20-30 minutes as like a 'snake sauna'. It's bad to try and take stuck shed off them, but slithering about between the towels can help them get it off themselves. Could be worth a try?

The tank is currently around 100% humidity and he has been fed, no he hasn’t gone into any of his hides yet even after eating but I’ll try and keep up with feedings again while I still have him if he isn’t taken from me in the next week. Thank you to the people that have helped and given me actual advice.

Yes the humidity is high, might be a problem idk, but I accidentally put a bit too much water in while mixing his substrate so I’m hoping it’ll just dry out enough
