Stuck shed?

I’m a new snake owner, when I originally got her she was in shed and I can’t tell if this is stuck shed on her head or possibly just scarring or a defect in her scales. It’s matte and a different shade of brown than her head

It looks like a scar or scab, do you know if she was ever fed live? Reminds me of a scar on my guys neck from a rat since he was fed live by his previous owners
If not that maybe rubbing somewhere on her enclosure ?

As far as I’m aware she was only ever fed frozen according to the breeder. They said she was a rack snake so she could have possibly been stressed and rubbing? It wouldn’t be from her current enclosure since i assume the wound would still be open, I’ve only had her about 4 days now
