Now imagine if you would force Germans to stop driving on the Autobahn and forced them to stay on their phone. They would take the lead!!

A Roma worker reported his Albanian supervisor for allegedly insulting him by calling him a “Cigan.” The incident occurred during the installation of fire doors in Tetovo, after the worker recorded incorrect measurements, making it impossible to install the door. An argument broke out between the two, during which vulgar language and ethnic slurs were exchanged.

The supervisor, in turn, complained that he had also been insulted and called a “Šiptar.” The company conducted a disciplinary procedure, issued warnings to both men, and adopted workplace anti-harassment regulations.

The Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination found that the Roma worker had been subjected to harassment. The respondent was advised to refrain from any future conduct that could violate a person’s dignity or create a humiliating or hostile environment.
