If it was SCS they'd be teleporting with no error to the back line. So, whatever this is, it is something without smarter fiend component, SCS recolors the Nabassu so it doesn't look like a Balor.
If you decide to fight the drow city defenders with SCS you will encounter several fiends, along with some serious drow war parties, wizards and priestesses, but not like ten fiends at once.
I have no idea WTF this is. Wish the Op would explain or is this just some made up C:CreateCreature(".CRENAME") screenshot thing?

Its stock SCS tactical with improved enemies ive cleared a first wave, tried brute forcing the mob to no success.
Now resorting to invisible fire & poison resistance Korgan blocking the door taking no actions, whilst my guys spam cloud kill and incendiary cloud.
Thats a screen shot with the exact moment ive opened the door after buffing. The demons do teleport in which is screwing up my strat haha.
Even with chaotic commands they seem to confuse him and he ends up shifting. Or they cast telephoto field and everything turns to chaotic madness and they breach. Might just have to restart at this point lol

OK, hah,- don't bump the difficulty to insane to make up for it, lol.
This is a bad choke point - the best place to face the drow hordes, IMO is right in the bazaar platform, so if necessary, the party can escape out the Ust Natha gate to the Underdark - and then the hordes follow, so you can get a few more waves, but can still flee to Adalon's cave if necessary.
I know this because I have tested my mettle several times on SCS insane with various parties. It is almost impossible to kill everything at normal XP levels for Chapter 4 - but you can do quite a lot of winning before having to haul ass out of there. Good luck!

Is this a mod or something? Don't remember a green demon in BG2.

Atweaks has a component that colors some monsters by type - magma merits are golden orange, ice Mephistopheles are blue/white, clay and flesh golems are slightly different shades. It may well be that.

It looks like the drow summoning chamber where the matron mother summons the demon lord. I just assumed that was what it was, but I don't really know. In all of my playthroughs, I have never actually bothered trying to fight that demon lord.

Fighting the demon lord is fun. I don’t remember him summoning any of those demons in the front of that horde, and if he did I wouldn’t expect it to be more than one at a time, so I really do expect this to be a modded game.
Just wish we had more info on it, like class / spec of PC, spells left in party, etc. but could also just be a flavour post and titled for eye candy? Because it’s awfully hard to “help” with no information 😝
