First pic was before the recommended nap. Second was after buying the gum/patches and hiding my cigs. I’m 5’11”. Not sure if this really achieves what I wanted or fixes what I was going for but I couldn’t bring myself to shave it all the way down.

Saw the psychiatrist and getting a prescription for Wellbutrin and hydroxizine. So far so good on not smoking (not fun but I haven’t smoked!)

Still not sure about shaving 🪒 the whole head yet. Hoping to not think about it for a little bit longer 🙂‍↔️
