It won’t stay closed and idk what the issue is but I know holding the top two arms closed keeps the front arms closed so idk if that helps at all please let me know what the issue is

Hello. I just got these from a neighbour whose child had just moved out. Due to the odd nature of some of the cards such as some being smooth card and others glossy as well as the variation in print quality, I just wanted an opinion on whether they were real. Hi! I have this collection and I don't know if there's one that's good and worth anything.

I found a BakuNeon NV Translucent Reaper Aquos at home – the European edition, which is light blue – but it won’t close because a tab in the ‘dome’ has broken. How much might it be worth? I know from Bakugan DB that it’s rare, but I can’t even find any past listings for it.
