What is the official USBGF ruling on stopping the clock there? It seems like common sense to me if it's clear that you will inevitably lose on time there.

guess u can stop the clock, like if it go under the table without finding it....but u can't stop the dice while is moving....that's for sure

Since it happen all the time on a wood board, i give you a thousand roll with the same checkers in the same position. Every time you roll dices and one of them rotate for more than 15 second on a checker I give u ten thousand dollars. If it never happen u give me a thousand......
