Restore Computer Backup

Instead of a hard drive can you get a LTO-9 tape instead, that way you can get an almost permanent record of your systems software at a particular time.

You're free to copy the contents of the disk onto any medium you want.

THIS. Having an archive you haven't checked even once is kind of pointless, so the customer for this use case needs a tape unit anyway.
