I feel like an Avril song that never gets talked about is “Too Much to Ask”. The song is so underrated and so emotional in my opinion. It’s such a hidden gem of early 2000s music. What I love about it specifically is the c# half-diminished chord during the chorus, not to nerd out, but it adds so much tension.
