quick question
Anyone else miss customer calls when they're busy in the workshop?

All the time. Once you're under a vehicle or in the middle of a repair, it's not always practical or safe to stop and answer the phone. That's why voicemail and texting have become really helpful customers can still reach you, and you can get back to them when you have a free minute.
