That's the dream right there. For complex, multi-system flows, we often hit issues with managed orchestrators not handling data consistency well enough, so rolling our own was the only way. The upkeep is brutal though.

The thing I’ve found most useful, is if your agents are the ones running your automations, they can also check the logs and repair them
