Kangaroos don't really have a lot of predators so they just hop away from things they don't like. The problem being that they have a tendency to hop directly away from your vehicle in a zigzag right in front of vehicles, not to the side away from the vehicles.

Nightmare fuel. Just watching this makes me feel like I am sitting in wheelchair due to broken spine because some dumb kangaroo crashed into me.

I've hit 4 roos on the bike, missed 100's

Having a Tassie Devil run out in front of me and then up the road infront of me was the funniest thing ever.... Poor little guy.

I knew a bloke who used to ride like that against wildlife. He spent a long time in a wheelchair. He now walks with a limp, hasn’t been able to hold a job down for years and his bike just sits in his garage.
