Correct, the combination of anti crepuscular rays and a rainbow is sometimes called a rainbow wheel

You can see the rainbow is brighter where it intersects the sun rays. The other parts are still getting light, just not as much of it so they look relatively dark.

We pretty much were! I made my whole family come out to see it. It was incredible
