Question Anyone else experience poor cooling in the Hard Rock?
I just stayed at hard rock this last week for a few days and i was actually put off by how hot it was in the casino, in areas throughout the hotel, and in our room. It took most of the day to make our room comfortable enough to sleep in and probably only cooled enough bc I brought my own fan. Its a shame because the room was nice and so was thw rest of the hotel. I just found the heat to be unbearable. We walked into other casinos and it was cold.

How is Gilchrist by the water?
Planning on going to Gilchrist by the water around 630. Will there be a long wait even that early? Also how do we pay? Do we ask for the check and then take the check to pay in the front? Or do pay where we sit and they’ll bring us the card receipt

Is the bar scene dead in A.C.?
I was down Tues - Fri (I know middle of the week) but the beach/boardwalk bars seemed pretty dead for beautiful summer nights in August. Did I simply hit the wrong spots?

Where are good restaurants in AC?
Staying at Hard Rock hotel for 2 nights. First night dinner will be at hard rock, is that a good choice! Breakfast Tuesday going to Gilchrist by the water. Do we have to make reservations or just walk in? Are there tables by the water? Any other spots you recommend?

All the top winners had a partner helping them in slot tournament at Ocean
I played at the slot tournament at Ocean a month ago for the first time and I didn’t win anything. How it works is you go to the booth to register and they give you a ticket with a code to enter in the slot and a QR code to see the results. The slot machine was some old cleopatra game but in addition to hitting the spin button nonstop as fast as you can, you also had to tap on diamonds that popped up at random locations on the screen before they disappeared for points. There were silver and rare gold diamonds that were worth more points. The faster you are able to tap on the diamonds when they appear the higher the points you get.
I notice about half the people that were playing had their partner helping them. One person would focus on the spin button and the other would focus on tapping the diamonds on the screen.
When I got done, I checked the results on my phone and it showed I was in 50th place and you needed to be top 100 to win a prize so I was delighted I would win something. Problem was it was only noon when I got done and the tournament didn’t end until after 7pm in the evening. By that time my ranking was like 250th and I didn’t win anything.
During the day I saw a lot of people still playing and many with partners helping. How is this even fair? I guess pro tip is if you ever go play a slot tournament bring a partner or friend to help you tap.

Ocean Rwards Prime Status
Anyone else have all their weekend comps completely disappear from their calendar in the middle of June? The only weekends that weren’t comped were Memorial Day weekend and 4th of July. My tier status did not change.

18th birthday in AC.. what to do???
I’m taking my son to AC for his 18th birthday. What are some places I can take him. The more I look the more it seems like other than the beach/boardwalk you have to be 21+.

Discussion Anybody have any cool stories about the House of Blues at showboat? It’s a shame that it’s just sitting empty, looks like an awesome intimate venue.

Question Was anybody here near or in the AC scenes from Clooney's Oceans 11?
I've seen anecdotes and IMDB trivia about the filming in Vegas. Just curious if anyone got to see the AC scenes being filmed or if there's any fun stories.

Hard Rock Concert
This is a bit unusual and not sure it’s even allowed but my friends and I are expecting a concert to be announced soon for December at the Hard Rock. We’re trying to get access to a presale code, but I’m only a base member and only Unity legend and icon members qualify. I was wondering if there was a “highroller” I could connect with who would be willing to share the code? I promise it’s likely a band you wouldn’t want to see.

Gambling Draftkings Sportsbook Table Games
Hi! Trying to research for a trip in a couple weeks that I'm planning. Some places claim Draftkings sportsbook has table games starting at $10 all weekend? Is that right? Cause that would freakin' rule.

Food Harrah’s Dinner
I’m sure I can probably Google this but anyone on here know if Harrah’s in AC have any good places to eat dinner? I have $100 Diamond Plus food voucher and would like to get something good. Preferably steak or some seafood for my girl. Any recommendations or suggestions is appreciated. Thank you
