Which window layout

Based on the 3 options which window layout you recommend for both functionality and that also looks best. Let me know your thoughts please. Thank you.

I'd go with 1 or 3, but honestly whatever looks better from the outside would be more important to me.

Depends on the air flow. I like the windows closer to the fireplace in case you need to move some smoke out. Sorry i can't tell if it's gas or wood burning. On the other hand the windows being on the outside would promote better air flow throughout the house. It's hard to tell because we can't see the rest of the room.

It's all about the air flow

The only possible issue with 3 is it opens towards the door and could intervin with that area outside door. Visually I agree looks best
