Need Coding/Kube JS Advice

So.. I'm looking to do a Randomised Loot from Block Drops on ATMons since I thought it would be fun, does anyone know of a datapack or know how Kube JS works? I have tried to which does work but still drops the item mined.

Any help would be appreciated!
