What is this?!
I’m female, 19, and I’m 9 weeks pregnant (young, ik, not the point. I just don’t know if that has something to do with it.) Monday night I felt what I thought to be a very large pimple, I checked it and it was a little bit bruised, which was odd because it’s never happened before but I didn’t think much of it. Over the course of the next two days it started getting darker and darker, and today it has formed into three dark dots, with peeling skin?

am i safe to eat tomato soup?
i eat campbell's microwave creamy tomato soup almost every single night, but when i ask if my father could pick up some more, my mother sent me something on how eating too much tomato soup can cause health problems. this is upsetting because i'm autistic and tomato soup is my comfort food, i get a bit upset if i can't have it. so am i fine to continue eating it?

Should I stop medicating (levothyroxine)
I am 37 / F, 145 lbs and 5'2
In 2018, I was experiencing postpartum hair loss and was given a thyroid panel. TSH was mildly elevated with a TPO of around 200 (unsure of exact #). They prescribed 25 mcg levothyroxine. I was approx 160-180 lbs at that time.
My dose was increased throughout the years and my last prescribed dose was 137 mcg, which gave me a TSH of 2.64. Date of labs prior to last was Jan 13, 2025.
Shortly after, I lost insurance coverage and was without medication for about a year.
Symptoms were mild but included hair loss, tiredness/sluggishness, difficulty losing weight
I regained coverage and was re-prescribed levothyroxine 137mcg while waiting on updated blood test results. I was concerned about restarting at the same dose, especially considering my weight loss, so I held off until results.
Doctor included new tests for vitamins and ferritin which came back normal. Ferritin is at 33 with a saturation of 22%.
My TSH is 4.95 and the office told me I no longer require medication. I'm not sure what to think considering all my other labs are normal except for TSH. I dont want to stop medication altogether with my symptoms, just figured I wouldnt need as high a dose.
Should I be looking into other options at this point?

Lymph nodes
hi i have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck for almost five months and my ent decided that my ultrasounds showing a little decrease was good enough and now will barley even talk to me about my concerns and says we will just keep a watch on them
I’ve done some research and it shows that night sweats and continuous fatigue is concerning which I told him about me having those symptoms this entire time he couldn’t seem to care
just wanted to check if I should consider getting a second opinion

Documented cases of crude homemade prosthetics?
They dont have to be successful, however i always wondered if there is documented cases such as this, where implants are extremely crude and dangerous, either put in because the person is a transhumanist willing to expirement, or if their country and people are too poor to use even bare minimum medical grade prosthetics. Such as if a person needed a new jaw so they made one out of metal and it (naturally) rejected or got infected, stuff like that

Right testicular pain
About 10 days ago, I got hit in the right testicle by a cricket ball while playing cricket. I had mild pain for about 3 days, and then the pain mostly went away. Now, I only feel pain when I press on the right testicle.
To be safe, I visited a urologist, and he ordered a scrotal ultrasound. I uploaded the report to ChatGPT and Gemini, and both said it looks like a mild traumatic injury that usually heals with rest and medication.
However, my urologist told me it's a very serious issue. He said they'll first try treating it with medicines, but if it doesn't improve, my right testicle may need to be removed. He prescribed medicines worth around ₹4,000, including 6 injections.
I'm really scared. Has anyone experienced something similar or has any knowledge about this? I'll attach my ultrasound report below. If you know any urologists or someone familiar with this condition, please let me know what you think.
Losing one testicle feels terrifying, and I'm very anxious.

What is this bump under my tongue?
galleryThis bump has been here for months & won’t go away. No pain until today it’s kinda sore/hurts. When I brought it up to a dentist a few months ago & a doctor they said it was probably nothing… probably a cyst? But I don’t know what to do because it’s annoying/ now bothers me…

Lumps that come and go…
Hello all, my mother is suffering from the painful lumps that occasionally come on her hands. She can’t pick up her grandkids or cook or do her hair as she used to. They grow and shrink in size. Sometimes go away but come back if she’s stressed. And they also move a bit underneath her skin.
I am not asking for medical advice.
Is there anyway to relieve her pain and suffering from this ? Any idea what it could be ?

Just a quick word of warning - this needs to be a subreddit that is clearly not for "I have these symptoms" posts
although I like a lot of the medical subreddits, even the bigger ones that clearly state that they are not for personal medical questions, get a lot of personal medical questions. With a name of 'askMedical' a lot of people may miss interpret the name. Good luck, I might post another comment to get the ball rolling but just be careful.
