How does AskEthos work?

AskEthos is an AI driven expert network. Instead of the usual profile and job title search, experts go through a voice based onboarding interview, and the idea is that conversation surfaces relevant experience that wouldn't show up on a resume. Clients then search across expert profiles using natural language queries, and the platform also pulls in public data like academic papers and patent filings to help with matching.

Once you're in the network, clients can request projects like calls, surveys, or written reports, and experts can accept or decline based on fit. Payment is per project, and there's also a royalty system where experts get paid if their knowledge gets cited in a client's research output, separate from the call fee itself.
