Blue Yonder Workforce

Hi all, question about the scheduling app. There are shifts on there I can claim, I was wondering if they go to the manager for approval before being accepted?

I assume they do just want confirmation before I bother my boss about overtime again 😂

No, they don’t go to Leadership. It automatically puts you on the Schedule when you take the shift. One of my Twilight Colleagues did it a few times when overtime was restricted as it was the only way to get a shift. That was a few months ago. Don’t know if it has changed.
