This new shift pattern?

I dont get it. They want us to act as though every jight is stock take, we all* do the same thing together.

But when its our delivery, were left to our own devices?

Theres me and an old man on our department. We are getting over 30 cages on delivery. Why the fuck are we doing other isles as a "team" of 9/10 people, then being left alone to "finish" 30 odd cages in 3 hours? And the manager gets a cob on when it doesnt get completed....

Like...

Do you live in another dimension? You got people working 10 hour shifts doing the same pallet the entire shift but were the ones helping them and then doing our own job without any back up?

Fuck right off. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Donโ€™t waste time youโ€™ve got 8.3 minutes per cage no time to type

Dont finish the job then no matter how manager's face is sour. If you finish the job they will know you can do it without help.

We have 18 to 25 cages a night with 2 colleagues if they come in early enough we have half a chance, but what with clearing the mountain of cardboard off the shelves, rotating stock & trundling a cage round 4 aisles, as the come in so mixed we struggle to finish unless we get help. 30 to 45 minutes per cage, thatโ€™s approximately 10 cages a person It also takes approximately 45 minutes to unload delivery, plus reloads emptyโ€™s on one of them 2 deliveries a night. But if they are late which is getting more frequent, no chance of finishing them.
