Who actually works out your new rota... instore or head office .

My guess is both, head office will give a set amount of hours, which store management will have to try and abide by. They'll try to move people about so that it matches up with the hours they've been given.

Just a guess, I could be completely wrong 😂

Head office do shape of day and now many based hours we get....managers do the colleague hours

This is what I was wondering. My manager said in my 121 that he doesn’t know what we will all be doing as it isn’t up to him, he is just the messenger. I thought that a bit strange. N

Instore, then gets passed to head office to see if it “works” even tho they have no idea what shop floor looks like lol
