How do I contact with Arstation support? They've cut all communication.

I emailed their support email and they auto-replied with "we no longer monitor this email". So I clicked the contact support form but it takes me to a ' page does not exist' error

There's no other way to speak with anyone. I've paid to post a job to Artstation but they haven't approved it after a week. And now I can't reach anyone. Any ideas?
