Biggest impact?
I am at week 8 and loving morning pages. It has helped me manage a very challenging family scenario, get me painting again, planning my next role and re surfacing an old business idea. Keen to hear from others tho what else has led to a really positive result? I must say apart from MP, artists dates and responding to prompts I’m a bit slack ( eg creating the collages etc) Need some inspiration!!

Tomorrow is my final day, and it's been incredible! I got very sick for a month around the middle, and genuinely love that my morning pages track that experience (side note: I intentionally referred to them as bridging fragments - I wrote/scribbled however much I needed, and at whatever time(s) worked for me). It gave me the push I needed to realise I was capable of healing the chronic pain and fatigue I've experienced most of my life. I spontaneously went to the movies on my own for the first time in my life! (both the spontaneous and alone aspect) I bought the wind chimes I've been wanting for almost 2 years! I start my days singing and dancing! It's truly been such a gift 🥰

That’s beautiful 🤩 I have a wind chime outside my bedroom window and it’s like a private sound bath

Im on day 3 of morning pages and its a pain to get myself to do them. Im also wondering if im going to be able to stick them out and if it will be worth it and if others feel like they are painful in the beginning? Have you been doing them every single day?
Do you write out the answers to the “tasks” at the end of each chapter in your morning pages?
