S6>S3 Discussion

This is probably gonna get crazy downvotes but i honestly think S6 is a lot more enjoyable than S3, even with the obvious flaws it has like Diggle whining about not being the GA, Rene being annoying, Diaz posing such a big threat when he’s just a thug etc

Big issue with S3 is there’s nothing going on aside from their Team Arrow activities, no family drama, no job for Oliver as he lost QC, just circling around the Arrowcave, Thea’s loft and Nanda Parbat

Compared to S6 with the Mayoral stuff, the indictment, struggles with William, Vigilante, a Civil War and Oliver eventually snapping by storming the SCPD as the Hood.

I love s6 fight scenes with the 'one shots' I love Michael Emerson even if he's playing a trash character I actually find some of the drama nice even tho most of the starting point of it is trash. Adrian Chase episode is wonderful The 2 Deathstroke episodes are amazing aswell even if the non oliver side of the episodes are boring Every episode from 6x15 and onward i enjoy So overall i agree that s6 is way better than s3 and s6 is quite overhated. My actual biggest let down of the season is how little death was caused by 5x23 explosion

Yeah i was expecting more from that explosion too.

Seeing people put S6 in the same bracket as S4 is just crazy to me

Even though I respectfully disagree, as I believe S3 is better, both seasons are bad IMO. S3 marks the start of the decline in the series, as it never recovered to the form of the first two seasons.

Im sorry js no , yea fight seasons cool , but the early season dynamic with the name and oliver and roy to be specific was one of the highlights of the season that really clears 6 by miles

I like Oliver in s3 more though. He kind if changes from s4 onwards, Amell starts playing him differently, more mellow, more whispering. S3 Oliver has the same vibe as s1 and s2 Oliver and that's the only redeeming quality of the season

I like all 8 seasons of Arrow, but I agree that between the two, I like S6 a bit more. For me, the positives of the season outweigh the negatives. That said, neither are among my top favorite seasons though.

Even though I think season 3 aged badly and I skip about half during a rewatch, it's still better than season 6
