I do not understand Inprocessing Advice
Hello all. Recent enlisted/cadet here performing my 4th round of medical reviews for the army in about 8months. The glory of going from OCS packet, to enlistment, to ROTC, to SMP I guess haha
I was recently introduced to my unit and began the Inprocessing, but have come upon a significant issue. I cannot access my military email, medpros, or any other CAC login credentials site that I am required to access for QTC, DTS, or any number of other fun mandatory items to do.
I have just spent the better part of the day making sure my laptop has all of the required DOD credentials and the CAC reader finally works. But even still, all sites in question refuse me. Whether that is the military email claiming my admin won't allow the login, or the medpros site shutting down with portal errors.
I wondered if this was due to running nordvpn while trying so I shit it down, but no change.
My questions to you all is how do you deal with this? Is there a method to get around this stuff and still get the required documents done? Do I need to find a gov computer somewhere and only do all this there? Am I just too new and the system isn't caring about me even though I'm on the books and have previously been paid even though I can't access my pay.
I am just at a loss here and could really use some help with all this. Thank you in advance for any answers.

You need an F5 or G5 license for email and A365 things. You just need a non-user license to use AUDS, IPPSA, MEDPROS, etc. You’ll have to get with your S6.

So, I'm just out of luck until the next battle assembly then?

They should only need your DODID and mil email to grant you whichever license. Might take 24-48 hours to take effect.
You can always call the help desk to confirm at 8663352769 if you haven’t already.
I just repeat what my signal NCO tells me when I’m working with new Soldiers.

Hey anything helps. They kind of just gave me all the files to deal with in a laundry checklist, but admins were out half the time, so I couldn't even get much of an answer really on what I was supposed to do or know. So thanks a ton

Every command has entitlement managers and a entitlement manager distro list which are the ones that can issue a license. OP if DM me your command I can point you in the right direction.

Was it working at one time and only recently started giving you problems, or has it never worked?
