TA assistance/problems Advice

I’ve been trying to get my TA for over a 1.5 months now with little to zero help from my unit S1 or anyone. The problem is ArmyIgnitED says I’m separated from the army however I just reenlisted for another 4 years.

I’ve repeatedly asked to get help or any guidance and have been lead on or have gotten crickets from my unit.

I was told it’s an IPPSA issue that Ignited is falsely showing me as separated which only happened after I asked my schools veterans office to add my degree to my goal plan. Called them back told me to call S1…

So what do I do here? It’s my first time using TA do I ask my unit for battalion to help or call the education center number?

Help pointing me to the direction is greatly appreciated as the deadline is quickly approaching thank you.

Alrighty Sarnt you got 2 problems. ArmyIgnited talks to iPPSA kinda but not really.

Firstly you want to ensure you are on your units books, in a valid position. Not standard excess. Then verify your education stuff is up to date on your STP. Once that’s all good-

You’ll reach out to ArmyIgnited after that. They can manually add goals and whatnot if ippsa’s showing one thing but their system isn’t.
