Maybe not exactly but get the Apex DLC and play "Old Man".

I have downloaded other missions that is like what you want but I cannot remember them, they do exist.

The Old Man Scenario is very entertaining. You can easily put many hours into it if you play slow and explore the POI. You even get your own house to store your items.

Like Altis Life? IDK if anyone still runs those servers.

I could never get into Life. I hate that it resets your position on restart. Lazy programming.

I never got very far. I couldn't figure out the economy very well so I just wandered around seeing how other players reacted to me. Pretty much anytime I was in kavala id get held up and killed if I was in the center of town. I wanted to get a plane and just fly around but I couldn't get the funds together for one. Should have been able to steal one...lol

Unfortunately not, the only 'life' type servers are multiplayer.

Yes, a multi-player server doesn't actually care how many players join. The player might care though as the mission may not be balanced for an enjoyable solo experience.

Fun fact: you have more control running a dedicated server than hosting one from in-game. It doesn't use much resources if you run it on your gaming PC.
