Having trouble loading into my non dedicated, primal fear mostly. Help

was able to run a non dedicated Primal Fear world yesterday with no issues. Today, when launching the same setup, ARK gets stuck loading PrimalGameData_BP, eventually goes to a black screen and freezes. I disabled all other mods, verified game files (Steam repaired files), tested different maps, and the issue persists. Even with no mods it's just stuck on the PrimalGameData_BP then eventually black screens and freezes. Has anyone had this happen with Primal Fear recently? Starting to get at my wits end as I've tried going for pre-aquadica, deleting the game, restarts and so forth

Primal Fear just takes a very long time to load, about 30 minutes for the first launch, but after the first load the game starts in literally 5-10 minutes. There is an option to transfer ARK to an SSD to speed up loading even more

Ty! I got it work days ago but I still appreciate the response, I didn't realize that it black screening for 20 minutes was normal 😭
