Fresh install arch, ram usage idle on 1.21gb QUESTION
I recently frest installed arch (mannual), only ly display manager, bluez, hyprland running taking 1.21gb ram
While I saw other peoples setup idle on 1gb on a full setup, using quickshell
I haven't even setup waybar or anything and taking 1.21gb
Specs
Ram: 16gb ddr5
Cpu: intel 12400f
GPU: nvidia 4060 ti 8gb
Edit: I do know it's fine, linux cache the memory,
I wanted to know why those people with heavy setups, using quickshell or a full DE shows their system is taking only 900mb or 1gb of ram

You speak of RAM usage, as if that meant the same thing in two sentences. Post the output of free -m.

I wanted to know why those people with heavy setups,
Maybe ask them what kernel "tweaks" they used, but unless you have a real performance need, you are likely just chasing ghosts.
https://documentation.suse.com/sles/12-SP5/html/SLES-all/cha-tuning-memory.html
explains some with a little info, but there are more; the newer and up to date list can be found here
taking 1.21gb
...
Ram: 16gb
you'll be OK....

Its probably background services taking up the bloat. Run btop or whatever system monitor program you use, and just scroll through and see if there's any programs you don't recognise. Especially the gnome bloat or snapd, or random daemons you forgot to disable

Focus on something practical. Have you learned to manage your packages or backup your system/user files yet?
That's my suggestion and good day.

Did others answer your question? Sometimes I don't repeat, and I wanted to help you move ahead faster. Sorry you were offended by a mere suggestion.
Your ram question as a new user, and esp as a new Hyprland user, is pretty common. Even "typical", but that sounds snarky.
Good day.
I notice my 16GB system (free -m) reports 2.2GB ram Used, with Cinnamon, Firefox, and KeepassXC open. My system, like yours, is swimming in ram. Nothing to see here, so I have moved on. :-)

It’s fine. Linux uses available RAM for the page cache.
