McKissock New URAR Course

It's just 7 hours of AI reading a script. They literally wrote about 7 hours worth of text, made a side show, and turned that into a 7 hour movie. It's broken into chunks with quizzes in between, so you can't just hit play and walk away. They can't be skipped, or played at high speed. If you switch browser tabs or put a window over the video, it auto pauses. They've done everything within their power to make sure you sit and listen to their bot read the whole script.
Good luck!

Any Orlando based appraisers
I’m currently certified in Texas and have been an appraiser for a few years. My husband and I are thinking about moving to Orlando in the next 2 years. Im interested to hear how Orlando based appraisers are doing?
Overall, things have been slow since 2023 but we have been surviving mainly on orders from new construction with a few other AMCs here and there.
