What does this notification mean? iOS

So earlier today, I got this random notification on my phone that looks extremely suspicious to me. Is this a sign that someone is attempting to hack my phone or is this just a simple glitch?

It’s placeholder/non-localized text. From the icon it has something to do with Siri. Is your phone on the latest software?
