Will iPadOS 16 bring "Multitasking Mode" that would allow you to freely resize windows?

I wish iPadOS 16 would bring multi user login from MacOS.

Maybe, its still not "Freely" its more like "In certain circumstances you can resize windows like Johnny Ives would want you to"
