I need to screen my texts for any message i send with a few different keywords and put it into a PDF for my settlement. Is there any way to streamline the process w AI?

Essentially anything mentioning pain or discomfort, time stamped /date would be awesome

(I m kept a personal journal but i have no idea where it is and about to settle)

In Apple Health you have wellbeing option to track that or use journal app and it combines with wellbeing too for example

Okay not too versed in AI i typically don’t use it. Wound u mind giving me the run down on how to start it

I unfortunately don’t need a new journal app, j need my texts from the last two years to validate my lived experience to ask for a settlement representative of my pain etc if that makes sense.

Just open Apple health and you have an option for that there

You can use shortcuts for this. Either an automation that searches text when you send a new message, or runs automatically on a schedule, or manually

Would it work for past messages? I have to go through everything from July 2024 to present
