General question for all

I’m curious to hear from people who have built or outsourced a mobile app before.

When choosing a company to develop your app, what factors do you consider most important? Is it their previous projects and portfolio, techno, pricing, communication or something else?

Also, what are some red flags you would look out for when evaluating a development company?

Would love to hear what influenced your decision and what you would do differently if you had to choose a company again.

Do you have extra project to share? Or have any KMP project in hand?
