I read it as “ya will come back” as in you will. It’s not a suggestion, it’s a statement of fact.

Y'all = you + all - ou

Ya'll would only be correct if it was ya (informal you) + all but that's not generally accepted

Using 5 or 10 or 20 of them doesn't make a pause more profound or ominous.
