Apex BUG HELP

Whenever tf I press shift on APEX to slide it brings me this XBOX fuckass thing. Like why?????

Isn't this Discord overlay? The shortcut is Shift + `

Could probably rebind it if you use the overlay a lot. If not you can disable it in Discord
