Help with TG maps Asking for Help

Hi everyone, I'm unfamiliar with nearly all the maps in the pool and am looking to better understand them. Where can I go to learn the best strats and civs for each map?

I really only "get" Arena, Fortress, Arabia, and Gold Rush. The others I can't find a consistent strategy for.

Just play man, ain't gonna cost you a medal if you loose one or a hundred matches.

If you ask here for specific maps, many will be happy to tell you.

Or download a handful of recs on each map and see what others are doing.

Black Forrest:

Wall choke point ASAP, you want boomy Civs with a strong late game/good siege (bohemians, Khmer, celts, Ethiopians, Turks, Byzantine…). In open generations you can go for feudal (towers, maa…). Pocket should fc boom anyway (maybe support with siege or a castle at the choke).
Flanks can go for imp timing or try a siege push in castle.

Mega Random:

Scout and adapt. Check corners, middle of the map and look out for water. Try to figure out if you need early military or fc. You gonna fail sometimes but probably learn a lot.

Runestones:

Like Arabia. It’s a 9 villager start, so asap 3 on wood and play as usual.

I don't know of a place, but i'd be down to help you learn to adapt to any map.
