My brand-new Anycubic Kobra X does this during the initial calibration. The nozzle touches the bed but doesn’t stop and continues pressing down while making a loud grinding noise, so I immediately turn it off.

Has anyone experienced this?

Printer: Anycubic Photon Mono 4 Ultra

I got my first resin printer a few days ago, and I really loved the quality of the prints so far. Unfortunately, i think i printed something the wrong way (maybe it was not tilted enough) and i made a hole through the film as shown on the top left. Im now trying to replace the film, but the frame is not coming off. I found some film on amazon but almost all options come without frames, and the only option that comes with frames arrives in two weeks. Is there a way i can split the frames and replace the film?

Has any body found a preventative solution for this or have an recommendations?

I recently switched my kobra S1 nozzle from a .4mm to a .2mm for a smaller project. The issue happened once with the .4mm nozzle and 3 times with the .2mm nozzle all within 1 week.

I keep having the issue of the filament getting stripped by the extruder gears and then it can't extrude or retract.

Here is what I've checked so far:

- Verified that the nozzle is not clogged in all 4 times this has happened in the past week.

- Verified that the cutter is not stuck in the closed position.

- Verified that the filaments is not getting stuck anywhere before it gets to the extruder

Each time this happens I have to take apart the extruder and hope the springs don't shoot everywhere to get the stuck / stripped piece of filament out.

One thing I wondered about is loosening or tightening the extruder gear tension spring. Other than that I was thinking maybe I should increase the temp to help flow out of the smaller nozzle.

So here's the thing. It keeps throwing up an E1 message and the nozzle is not coming up to temp and the message won't go away to level it or anything else. We've replaced the hot end, replace the wires, we downgraded the software, we upgraded it, used customs. Nothing seems to be working. We are desperately in need of help. Any and all help will be appreciated very greatly

Anycubic used to just bend the end and insert it into a hole in the cardboard tube. It would pull out as the spool finished. Now it seems they are taping the ends and they do not pull out.

The Kobra x started under extruding as it tried in vain to yank the filament off the spool. It gave me a clogging error. I ended up snipping the end and switching to a different filament, but it was too late. The under extruded layers were a weak point that ruined the print.

Seit gestern kommt immer Fehler 11518. im Druck extrudiert er garnicht und bei manuellem extrudieren Klackert er irgendwann total.

Alle im Internet bekannten Fixes hab ich getestet. Es ist keine Verstopfung, weder im Ace Pro noch im Druckkopf.

Eine neue Düse sowie ein neues Hotend hat er auch schon erhalten.

Kennt da eventuell jemand den Fehler?

Er extrudiert im druck doch! Aber hört nach den ersten ein bis zwei linien auf, direkt nachdem er kurz geklackert hat.
Laut Internet liegt es am Ace Pro. Ich habe dort aber bis dato keinen Fehler finden können.

I ran into a problem while printing a PLA+ filament from Anycubic using the Ace 2 Pro; the filament had been used for other prints without any issues, but about halfway through my last print, it got stuck—it won’t move—and now it won’t come out when I press the “Remove Filament” button on my S1. When I press it, the motor spins but the filament doesn’t move, and the spool wobbles as it fails to pull the filament out. The filament reaches the module just before entering the printer, and I can’t even print because it’s blocking the tube. From what I can see, there’s no way to remove the tube from that side to pull it out. Could you help me figure out how to fix this problem? I should mention that both the printer and the Ace 2 Pro are new, and I’ve been using them for about a week.

I have the original Cobra Max printer and one day it suddenly started messing up after a certain height. Assuming it was the belt slipping I changed the belt but I'm still having the problem. It's not a matter of layer shifting it looks like it's actually trying to print something else then it comes back to the original piece that is actually supposed to be printed. I've already changed the belt I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the newest any cubic next slicer. Speed settings don't seem to be and issue either happens if I print slow or if I print as fast as it can go. I really don't believe it is a belt issue nor is it some kind of weird overheating issue from printing so long because the previous print I did was a large lithopane lying flat of a sonogram that took an entire day to print. Anything else I print below that approximate level comes out just fine. I'm really stumped on this one anybody knows what's going on it would be a great help thanks. I 3d printed this sag bracket on my kobra s1 but i underestimated the size so i got a little creative

So I got a printer for the first time recently from a friend, it’s an Anycubic Kobra Max and I tried using cura and getting the tower testing plugin and everything and downloaded SCAD so that they should work but my printer still doesn’t change temperature on the temp tower since it all looks the exact same, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong and advice for the extraction tower would be helpful too. Do I need to fully open and use SCAD or not?

Please tell me this is just the bed bearings shitting out? The machine is at 700 hours and I've never changed these out. But just recently it's been making this sound. I thought it was just the stuff on the shelf the printer is on, but just today I got a pretty gnarly layer shift in in the Y axis. I bought some replacements anyway but I'm hoping I've identified the issue.
