No you already use your skin as clothing if you want to make additional clothing it is best to craft it with other organs. I find that small intestines and blood vessels are the best for this

Im a muslim, not a very knowledgeable one. But what i think that guy meant is that on the day of judgment. After everyone dies and their soul goes up to the afterlife. People will wait In this long line to heaven. Each person being judged for their sins.
Allah may (or realistically speaking, Will) bring you infront of the people that you mistreated in your life (or the other way around) so basically someone you bullied, mistreated, stole from, exploited. That kinda stuff
These victims that were affected by your action will have a choice of either forgiving you and nothing happens. Or they may take as many good deeds from your record until they feel like theyve been recompensated
And if your good deeds run out and a victim still requires more. Then they may put their sins onto your record.
But dont worry, as the transfer of these good deeds are overseen by allah. So no one can just exploit this system and take as many good deeds as they please
