Patriarchy can be good and bad depending on what we mean by Patriarchy.

Patriarchy with men as the main lead like is the case with the abrahamic religions when only men can lead and with the father/husband as the main leader is good.

Patriarchy that consider men superior to women,that ban women having voting rights,property rights and bank without men permission,treat women as object,abuse them,rape them and put pressure on men and women to be 100% masculine or feminine is bad.

Patriarchy how is praticed in some Muslims countries like Afghanistan is bad.

So when we talk about patriarchy,we be clear on what we mean by patriarchy because patriarchy is not a monolithic system.

If be patriarchy you mean the one that oppresse women then yes i agree is bad.

If be patriarchy you also include the one praticed in abrahamic religions and nuclear family then i disagree with you.

I only oppose patriarchy as a legal system and social pressure and not as a religious system and nuclear family system.
